Question 1

What happens if my shop loses internet connection or electricity during a busy rush?

Accepted Answer

Shopbook POS never stops. Because it is built with an offline-first local database, all product lookups, barcode scans, price calculations, and receipt printing happen on your device locally without needing internet. Once internet reconnects, all sales sync automatically to the cloud in the background.

Question 2

Can I manage multiple branches and businesses from one account?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can manage multiple branches, outlets, and businesses under one master account. You can switch between branches with one click, view branch-wise stock and daily revenue, and transfer inventory between outlets seamlessly.

Question 3

Which thermal receipt printers and cash drawers are supported in Sri Lanka?

Accepted Answer

Shopbook POS supports standard 58mm and 80mm ESC/POS thermal printers via Bluetooth, USB, and Wi-Fi LAN. It automatically triggers standard RJ11 pulse commands to kick open your cash drawer on transaction settlement.

Question 4
